Prices

All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Photos and colours

We photograph our garments as accurately as we can. Screens and lighting can make a colour look slightly different from the fabric. Small variation in shade, print placement and measurement is normal in stitched and dyed garments.

Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email or message. If a piece goes out of stock after you order, we tell you and refund that piece. We may cancel an order affected by a clear pricing error, with a full refund.

Payment

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. For cash on delivery, an advance may be asked before dispatch and the rest is paid to the courier.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping policy and Returns and exchange policy are part of these terms.

Designs, photos and text on this website belong to The House of Sayssy and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
