Are the prices inclusive of GST?
Yes. The price you see includes GST. Only the shipping charge is added at checkout.
How much is shipping?
It depends on your pincode and the weight of your order. You see the exact amount at checkout before paying.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes. A small advance is paid to confirm the order and the rest is paid in cash when the parcel arrives. The exact split is shown at checkout.
How do I choose my size?
Open the Size guide on the product page. If you are between two sizes, WhatsApp us and we will help you pick.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery for unused pieces with tags. See the Returns and exchange page for details.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you see your orders and invoices in one place.
How do I track my order?
The tracking link is sent by SMS and email at dispatch, and is shown in My account under Orders.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. You can download it from the order page once the order is confirmed.
