Shipping policy

This policy explains how orders placed on https://sayssy.in/ are packed and delivered.

Dispatch

Orders are packed Monday to Saturday. Prepaid orders confirmed before 2 PM are usually handed to the courier the same day. Cash on delivery orders are dispatched once the advance is received.

Shipping charge

The shipping charge depends on your pincode and the weight of your parcel. It is worked out by our courier partner and shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days within Gujarat, 3 to 6 working days to metro and major cities, and 5 to 10 working days to remote and North East locations. These are courier estimates. Weather, festivals and courier delays can add a few days.

Tracking

You receive the tracking link by SMS and email when your parcel is dispatched. It is also shown in My account, under Orders.

Address and phone number

Please check your address, pincode and mobile number before placing the order. The courier calls this number before delivery. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or the parcel was refused, the return freight is charged before we ship again.

Damaged parcel

If the parcel looks torn, wet or re-taped, please record a video while opening it and contact us within 48 hours.

We deliver within India only.
